Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My name is Sam Cooper and I am based in the heart of the Cotswolds and i run yoga classes in Cirencester.
I have been an avid and practicing yogi for the past 20 years. I continued my yoga journey with Orange Studio and qualified as a Yoga Alliance certified teacher in 2022.
As a registered mental health professional I am passionate about bringing my practice experience around health and wellbeing to my yoga classes, to give you an experience that is nourishing, thoughtful and kind.
Regardless of your age, ability or motivation there is something for everyone. Yoga has taught me to be patient, accepting, brave and more confident than even I could have imagined.
I would love for you to share in some of the many magical moments and opportunities that are created by this gentle and nourishing practice.
Other training includes Chair Yoga (10 CPD hours) and Yoga Nidra (30 hours) with Melanie Cooper and Jennie Wadsten.
My yoga classes are based in Cirencester and I bring yoga practice to everyone.

The benefits of yoga are far reaching. Helping you to connect your body and mind through mindfulness, breathing and movement, as well as helping to improve your physical strength and flexibility.
The style of yoga that I practice is a blend of Vinyasa (to place with purpose), Ashtanga (where we hold the breath as central to what we do and how we move), Hatha (gentle and balancing) with a peppering of Restorative and Yin influences.
