What you need to bring
If you have not practised yoga before there are a few items you may wish to bring;
- Yoga mat
- Foam block – blocks can provide you and your body with additional support and scaffolding during poses and relaxation.
- Loose fitting clothes to allow you full range of movement to all parts of your body.
